So I emailed the guy back and asked him to quote the machine with the specs I gave him. He changed some stuff back to what I requested, but not everything. That's problem 1...
Problem 2, the more severe problem, is that even though he changed some of the more expensive parts back to the original less expensive parts... the quote price stayed EXACTLY THE SAME!!! To the penny
